Valuations
Valuations for prospective sale purposes are conducted without obligation and are free of charge.

We offer comparable evidence, based on information gleaned from similar properties which may have recently sold, also taking in to account current and past sales activity for property in the immediate vicinity. Our opinion will represent the best price we feel may be achievable in the present market, together with recommendation as to asking price.

We are also able to offer advice in respect of possible improvements which may enhance the presentation of a property and how it may add value.

Marketing
Once instructed, Bennett & Hall take full measurements and digital images of the subject property. Draft colour property brochure is then prepared using the latest technology, including floor plans when required and sent to the Client for formal approval.

At this stage, preparation of the Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) is also required, which Bennett & Hall are able to organise.

Viewings
All viewings are by appointment. We will accompany applicants, where required. Our staff shall always be in attendance should a property be vacant and provide continual feedback during viewing period. We use our software to record viewings and applicant feedback, together with details of offers received, schedules of advertising, sales particulars mailed out and of emails and text messages sent.

Advertising
Approved particulars are displayed on our website and registered applicants notified.

In addition to our own website, property particulars will be extensively displayed on major websites and property portals including www.rightmove.co.uk; www.findaproperty.com; www.primelocation.com; www.globrix.com; www.zoopla.co.uk and others from time to time.

Newspaper advertising is conducted at a local level with The Times Group, primarily space is taken in The Hendon and Finchley edition.

Digital property images are presented in our prominent window displays.

Sales process
Bennett & Hall offer continual feedback during viewing period. We also provide support and expertise during the entire process, ensuring as smooth a transaction as possible.
